Interaction with users through comments has always been a bit cumbersome, with notifications about comments often vanishing too quickly for users to react, as well as the comments section of posts following no real flow. Adapting a forum-like style to the comments like on Facebook will allow users and businesses to engage with their audience in a much more effective way.
