Enrollment & Eligibility

We welcome applications from individuals and businesses interested in promoting our products. To protect the integrity of our brand, we review every application and reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates whose content, website, or promotional strategies don't align with our values.

Affiliate Responsibilities

To keep the program fair and ethical, we ask that you:

• Use only the affiliate links we provide for promotions.
• Never alter or manipulate tracking links.
• Avoid misleading or deceptive advertising.
• Don't bid on search-engine keywords or domain names containing “Retouching Academy.”
• Avoid spam, cookie stuffing, or any other unethical marketing techniques.
• Don't purchase our products through your own affiliate link.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

Commission Structure & Payments

We value your efforts and reward you with commissions on eligible sales. Here's how it works:

• Commissions are based on net sales (after transaction fees and chargebacks). Rates depend on your affiliate tier, as communicated upon approval.
• Payments are processed monthly, within the first fifteen (15) days of the month following the month in which the sale occurred, to allow potential returns and refunds to clear the system.
• Payments are made via PayPal or Payoneer to the account registered in our Affiliate Program. Let us know if you prefer a different platform — we may be able to accommodate it.

Tracking & Cookies

To ensure fair attribution, sales are tracked through cookies:

• Cookies remain active for 30 days from the first click.
• Our program follows a “last-click” model — the last affiliate link clicked before the purchase receives credit.
• If a user blocks cookies, tracking may not be possible.

Termination & Modifications

Business relationships evolve, so either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to [email protected]. If the agreement is terminated:

• You must remove all affiliate links from your website and marketing materials.
• Any pending commissions are processed under our standard policies.
• We reserve the right to modify this agreement as needed; continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and expect the same in return. Any non-public information shared with you as an affiliate must remain confidential and cannot be disclosed or used for personal gain.

Limitation Of Liability

While we strive to maintain a smooth affiliate experience, we cannot be held responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Our affiliates are independent partners, not employees or representatives of Retouching Academy. This agreement does not create any employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

Fraud & Violations

We take program integrity seriously. Any fraudulent activity, such as fake orders or misleading promotions, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
